Si vous avez payé avec une carte de crédit, alors logez une demande de remboursement. Elles s’occuperont de ZenHotels par la suite.
J’ai réservé et payé au complet une réservation au Petit manoir du Casino de Charlevoix (QC CA) mais l’hôtel n’a jamais reçu ni la réservation, ni… les $$$!!
La directrice de l’hôtel s’est donné la peine de vérifier la légitimité de ZenHotels auprès de toutes les plateformes de réservation. Verdict : totalement inconnu du milieu; mais l’arnaque est suffisamment bien ficelée pour qu’il soit référencé par Trivago.
En dépit de toute mon expérience — j’ai 66 ans et j’ai beaucoup voyagé —, voyant l’offre incroyable de ZenHotels sur Trivago, je me suis lançé tête baissée sans rien vérifier et je me suis fait avoir comme un collégien!
Aussitôt que j’ai eu logé ma demande de remboursement auprès de MasterCard, comme par magie quelqu’un au fort accent slave et au nom imprononçable a contacté la directrice du Petit manoir (dixit cette dernière) pour SUPPOSÉMENT finaliser la réservation; mais la directrice ayant exigé un chèque certifié, cet interlocuteur a disparu comme par enchantement…
ZenHotels est magique : plein de tours de passe-passe dans leur chapeau.
Rapportez ZenHotels à votre police nationale : il s’agit encore d’une supercherie à la Russe qui vise à déstabiliser l’économie occidentale tout en empochant vos $$$ si durement gagnés.
Je le répète : FUYEZ!
Terrible Customer Service
Do NOT use Zen hotels, they cancelled my room 2 days before my trip and wouldnt provide me an alternative. It ruined my family vacation, scrambling for a last minute alternative with inflated last minute prices. Customer service won’t respond to me and I haven’t seen my refund still! STAY AWAY!
