For The Front Desk:
As a mobile POS, Zenoti Mobile offers seamless integration with Zenoti Payments, which means wireless, fast, and secure transactions. Zenoti Mobile works with the Zenoti desktop solution to give your guests a modern payment experience. You'll be able to:
• View and manage guest information, including purchase and visit history
• Add services, retail, or memberships to an invoice
• Rebook appointments
• Accept secure payments with industry-first EMV support
• Swipe, dip, or tap payments and accept Apple Pay
• Collect digital signatures for payments or other forms like intake and consent forms
For Service Providers:
Zenoti Mobile provides staff with the ability to:
• Schedule appointments and view their existing schedules
• Track payroll with commissions & tips on a daily basis
• Perform chair side upgrades
• Access guest information, notes, and digital forms for improved guest experiences
• Capture treatment notes, before and after pictures, and annotate pictures
This app is only available for businesses that use Zenoti’s enterprise platform. To log in to the app, use your Zenoti username and password.

worst app I’ve ever used. the worst part of my day. want to kill myself everytime I have to use it.
Not a great app, could be better
I’m a massage therapist, it’s a bad app. Many bad things.
1. your location setting on your phone, set to always allow location setting on. (You get a message saying that you’re out of the building location even when you’re in the building still)!!!
2. Does not allow in chat customer service representative for zenoti for any problems.
3. On a samsung device, you don’t have the timestamp option.
4. When you’re writing in the note section, and the not in the location building message pops up, you get interrupted. And have to wait until (you’re back) msg pops up again. Or when you’re viewing intake forms about a client, it won’t let you when (you’re out) msg pops up.
5. Some clients have to redo their intake forms every-time they come in and it’s not saved in the app sometimes. Very annoying even you know you’ve massaged them before. And they did their intake forms before.
Good things about this app:
1. Ever since switching to an iPhone, you can press start and stop button when you’re about to massage your client, and press stop when you’ve finished with your client. Time stamp button.
2. You can write in notes.
Can't log in from first use.
