Worst Experience – Overpriced and Terrible Service!
I had a horrible experience with ZoomCar at Goa airport. Despite booking one of the most expensive cars, I was left waiting for 45 minutes with no update. When I finally got in touch with the car owner, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, ZoomCar’s customer service was useless—they just told me to talk to the owner myself instead of resolving the issue.
For the high prices they charge, you’d expect at least basic professionalism and timely service, but instead, it’s a total nightmare. Avoid ZoomCar at all costs! Not worth the money or the hassle.
Fraud scam
I booked car on 13 march host denied to give me a car so I cancelled the trip and booked again for 14 march at morning 10 and it was pickup drop ,host called me and said sir plz provide me your number so that I can deliver the car at your place then I provided him a number with otp to login and unlock the car after that I started calling him I didn’t answered my call and trip is on from 10 onward and right now it’s 2.15 I didn’t get any help from zoomcar support system no answer at all .. host is using tha car for himself my 3k loss in booking car and 10k loss for farmhouse I booked for today who is responsible for this ? Host ? ZoomCar support staff ? When ever I press help button I have to talk with bot and bot is also n idiot like zoom car staff … he can’t even connect my call to customer care .. don’t ever book car on zoom car for emergency purpose dhoka khayoge bhai dokha…and I have all the proof first I will file h FIR against your host and file a complaint on zoomcar at consumer court for not picking up calls at all no support staff at all just taking hard earn money from people without providing any assistance
Worst rental experience ever with a company
I would like to give negative stars to this company and app. Worst experience ever with a rental company where some random goons can stop you while you’re with your family and hijack the car because the host dint pay the EMI of the car. Being an NRI, it’s devastating to see this happening. The Zoomcar phone is not working, chat is not doing any help.
