This app is nice...hands down

I used this app frequently in my 3 month search for an apartment and it was fine. My problem is with the number of emails I would receive daily - sometimes 10+ emails, not including the confirmation emails that follow immediately after sending an inquiry or reply to a posting. By default, every time you contact someone you are added to a list and will receive emails every day with other listings. You have to opt out of receiving them every single time. Despite that annoyance - which I largely blame myself for because I didn't notice that I could deselect the annoying emails after sending an inquiry - I found the app useful. But ... now I can't get them to stop sending 10+ emails every day even though I have changed my communication preferences to no further contact. Worse - I have started to receive emails based on my internet or Facebook history and not based on searches done with the Zumper app. It is still tracking my usage, so I am going to have to uninstall the app completely. I didn't want to do that because I only signed a short term lease so I will need to start searching for another place in a few months. Bottom line - the app does what you want it to do, but it also does what you don't want it to do. You have to decide which one of those things is more important to you.

Pretty self explanatory

I hate this app. I send emails to rent a place and never get any response or get contacted back as if they never even revived my interest. Padmapper is a lot easier and quick answers.
