Trello: organize anything!

Projects? Workflows? Team up!

View

Are you the kind of person who loves to use sticky notes to organize your to-do lists and projects?

Trello is for you.

The popular project management tool revolves around boards—in other words, a big list broken into smaller vertical lists that you fill with cards.

For example, if you're planning a trip you can make a vacation board with several lists that note what reservations you’d like to make, clothes you should pack, and sights you absolutely must visit.

Then you can populate each list with tasks (“book a table for 8 p.m.,” “pack a bikini,” “visit the farmers market”).

Because images are so easy to add, Trello is a great way to visually organize thoughts and ideas.

Tap on a card to open it. Once inside you can add comments, upload file attachments, create checklists, add labels and due dates, and more. If you're using Trello to collaborate with a team, you can also assign other people cards.

One productivity-packed feature we love: Trello's calendar view lets you tackle time-sensitive projects by serving up cards with assigned due dates.

Another nice touch: After you’ve copied a link, Trello automatically asks whether you want to add it to your card when you tap the attachments icon, which is especially helpful for adding photos and links to your travel bucket list.
