The powerful camera on iPhone has made us all keen photographers. For those looking to take their images to the next level, Adobe Lightroom adds some extra magic to the photos you shoot and edit.
This app is not about pasting an artificial-looking filter over your images. Lightroom brings to your iPhone the kind of comprehensive editing software that you would normally expect to get on a Mac.
It allows you to shoot in raw (a file format which lets you capture all the image data recorded by the sensor when you shoot, leaving many more editing options open), and finely tune your edits.
Of course, you can use a selection of subtle preset-editing options, but you can also select specific areas of an image if you’d like to make more granular edits there. Even better, if you’ve shot several images of one scene or subject, you can easily apply the same edits to all of those shots. What's more, these edits will be automatically synced across your devices.
You’ll soon have plenty of share-worthy pictures, which is great, because sharing is easy to do from the app too.
