Using advanced algorithms and the sensors in your Apple Watch, Apple Fitness+ incorporates your personal metrics, such as heart rate and calories burned, into every workout.
Apple Fitness+ also brings those stats to life on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV to keep you informed and motivated.

Workouts Tailored to You
Apple Fitness+ workouts are designed to be enjoyed anywhere, whether it’s in your living room, a hotel room, the park, or the gym.
You can choose a workout that’s as short as five minutes or as long as 45 minutes. Apple Fitness+ can also help you find your next favourite workout.
The app offers smart suggestions for new workouts to try based on the activities you typically do with the Workout app on Apple Watch, as well as other apps that integrate with the Health app.
Looking to hit a specific goal? Collections are a curated series of workouts and meditations from the Apple Fitness+ library, organized to help you reach your target—such as running your first 5K or improving your posture. Drawing from a vast catalogue of studio-style workouts and guided meditations available in Apple Fitness+, Collections include a suggested plan to help users make intentional training choices over the next several days or weeks.

With Time to Run, great running playlists will keep you exploring and discovering the best routes in your area. World-class trainers coach you towards better form with each stride.

Apple Fitness+ workouts are led by some of the world’s top trainers, who were selected as much for their belief that fitness is for everyone as for their expertise. They work together as a team, and even appear in one another’s workouts. It’s a collaboration that lifts up the whole team—and you.
Apple Fitness+ trainers also collaborate with Apple Music editors to create the best playlists to keep you moving in your workouts.
You can listen to all of the great music while you work out, even if you’re not an Apple Music subscriber. If you are, you can save and download playlists from Apple Fitness+ to your Apple Music Library.
Apple Fitness+ requires Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 7.2 or later paired with an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14.3 or later. Apple Fitness+ is also available on iPad with iPadOS 14.3 or later, and Apple TV with tvOS 14.3 or later.
