With Custom Plans, you can create a workout and meditation schedule of the activities you want, for the days and durations you choose.
Take It Further With Apple Watch
If you have an Apple Watch, you’ll see real-time workout metrics, like your heart rate and calories burned, right onscreen to keep you motivated.
Dive Right In

You’ll find Fitness+ in the centre tab of the Fitness app. Tap in to see For You, your personal fitness and wellness studio full of recommended activities that adapts as you use Fitness+. It makes finding your favourite workouts and meditations, preferred trainers, durations, and music easy. And the Explore tab has even more ways to work out and meditate.
