Who are the coaches/developers?
Dan and Liam have had over 10 years experience in combat sports and fitness. Personal training, teaching classes, seminars and fighting under Muay Thai rules in the UK in places such as The O2 Arena, London and internationally. They have and are still putting in the time and staying dedicated, as well as taking trips to Thailand to pick the brains of multiple world champions for their knowledge which will be passed on to you. With not just one but two coaches, they will help you become the best version of yourself. Through years of trial and error of figuring out what works, they believe no matter what your background, life is full of ups and downs for everyone but they choose to fail forward. There are no such thing as losses. You either win or you learn.

Liams Origin Story
From an unmotivated, out of shape stoner to a professional Muay Thai fighter, personal trainer, coach, event organiser and business owner. Training gave him purpose and is an outlet for him to channel his energy into something positive whilst moving forward on his journey to the best version of himself. His life purpose is to inspire people through what he loves doing showing you that no matter what your fight you can push through. If you fall off track, you reset, readjust and refocus. You can't control everything but start by making small changes.

Dan's Origin Story
From an overweight, overeating office worker to a professional Muay Thai fighter, coach and business owner. After a friend told him about kickboxing Dan ditched the takeaways and meal deals creating a fulfilling, productive life for himself. His life purpose being helping people globally feel motivated and obtaining a level of self discipline so they can achieve their goals in any aspect of their lives. Dreams with a plan become goals, and goals broken down into small steps become achievable. Like himself he believes you can look good, feel good and fight good.

The download of FightingFitApp is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use FightingFitApp app, we offer one of the following options:

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
