Grinks is a complete order and payment solution which offers two distinct and complementary tools:
ON THE CUSTOMERS’ SIDE: GRINKS APP
1/ Scan a Grinks QR code to access to the menu of one of our partner venues.
2/ Place your order yourself directly from your smartphone.
3/ Register your favorite payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and validate your order.
4 / Grinks takes care of everything else: the partner venue prepares your order and you are notified when it is ready to be collected or served at your table.
You just have to enjoy then!
ON THE PARTNER VENUES’ SIDE: GRINKS PRO
This is the professional interface to receive, process and cash orders placed by customers from the Grinks App.
