KYND Wellness is a confidential health app designed to support employee physical, mental and social health. KYND has three components, BODY, MIND and LIFE. These sections allow you to take stock of your physical, mental and social health. Once you've answered the questions in KYND, you'll receive videos and written recommendations from New Zealand doctors, clinical psychologists and nutritionists on how you can improve your scores.
