Anti-Aging Timer sends out local notifications every 30 minutes. Upon receiving these notifications, simply standing up or gently shaking your head from side to side can support healthier body movements.
Note: Local notifications that have been started will be repeated while the application is stopped, until the Stop button is explicitly pressed.
