The academy, managed by “The Mentor of Mentors,” Doron Amitay Leibstein, and co-founders Lior Roznman and Moshe Harsh, was established to meet the present and future needs of personal development and self-fulfillment. It recognizes that academic studies often focus solely on providing professional value, while the truly important skills aren't taught in academia, schools, and even at home.

Since it was established in May 2022, the academy has operated according to its vision as a physical center of empowerment and a uniting home for the community of mentors.
