* Track distance travelled with a built-in trip meter.

* Several visual problems, especially if running on an iPad, have been fixed.
* Some crashes when running on an iPad have been fixed.
* Support for GPX files has been added. It is now possible to save points from a GPX file as points or checkpoints.
* The speech settings screen has been rewritten to allow for propper selection of all voices and make settings clearer.
