HOW DOES IT WORK?

Open the Shalby e-Consult app and book/request a consult, provide your medical history, upload your reports and pay for your consult fees in your local currency*.Video Call with the Doctor - See and Speak with them from wherever you are. The doctor reviews your medical history, documents, issue’s e-suggestions and lab requisitions when required.

You can chat with a doctor virtually. Just like an in-person visit, your doctor will review your medical history and ask about prevailing symptoms, if any.

WHEN DO YOU USE?

Traditional visits for non-critical ailments and appointments can require long wait period. With Shalby e-Consult app, you can have a live video consultation with a specialist from the comfort of your home at your convenience. You can easily make appointments for the same day or for a future date with just a click.
