Manque d’assistance, Manque de communication
Les transferts qui étaient censé être instantanés prennent désormais des heures voir des jours dans certains cas pour arriver, lorsqu’il y a un soucis technique avec le partenaire en Afrique aucune communication n’est faite et aucun support technique n’est apporté aux utilisateurs. De plus, il n’y a aucun moyen d’annuler une transaction dans ce cas il faudra patienter des heures voir des jours avant de pouvoir récupérer l’argent. Suggestion: Avant de donner la possibilité de valider un transfert assurez-vous que le service soit opérationnel de bout en bout merci.
