This app is provided by FBMC Benefits Management, Inc. (FBMC) to benefit participants or eligible employees of the Vista 401(k) Plan. The site is designed to provide plan-specific and general investment related information, as well as subject matter of topical interest.
FBMC’s principal business, since its inception in 1976, has been providing benefit administration services to public and private employers. You may contact Retirement Services at 866-325-1278.
Vista 401(k) is a plan which “wraps” around various mutual funds and is offered under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The plan document has received a letter of determination from the IRS, certifying its tax-qualified status.
