The app doesn’t work at all, at least for Menorca. Try any route (if you manage to find your pick-up and arrival locations), you’ll get a message displaying a number you need to call (without the prefix for Spain of course, it would be too easy), except that the Minorcan taxi website will tell you they don’t take any reservations by phone (oh, and you can’t do it through their website either). Only if you don‘t need a service. This app is a pice of unprofessional service app. Such a pitty that Uber can not overtake this industry (as they don’t manage to serve a client)

However, 1Taxi! does not own the taxi companies and hence cannot fully control them neither their drivers. However, we can contact the taxi company which provided the taxi service to you and let them know about your issues so they can take decisions accordingly. We were in Spain and that worked pretty well espechially the area isnt good connected to public transport.
