You can take out a subscription to access the campsite and motorhome pitches information. You can choose between a monthly subscription for € 1.99, a 3-month subscription for € 4.99 per quarter or an annual subscription for € 9.99 per year.
No matter where you want to go camping in Europe, with the ACSI Campsites Europe app, you will always find a suitable place nearby. It's handy at home when you are planning your next camping holiday, but also when you are on the road and looking for a place to stay the night. Filter by over 250 amenities and read reviews posted by other campers. Once downloaded, you can also use the app without an internet connection. Found the ideal spot? You can reserve straight away in the app at an increasing numbers of campsites.
What’s more, the app works quickly and easily, and you can consult the information on three devices at the same time. Are you going out with your motorhome? Then you can also download packages with motorhome pitches, all inspected by true motorhome owners.
You can try out the app for free for the first three days. After that, the subscription you chose will begin until you cancel the subscription.
The app collects technical data that the developers can use to improve the app.

Danke für die gute und hilfreiche app! Ich habe fast alle Campingplätze mit eurer Hilfe gefunden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Was ich nicht verstehe ist, warum ich nicht nach einem bestimmten Ort suchen kann und es mir dann die Plätze angibt, sondern sagt, ich solle das Länderpaket runterladen, obwohl ich es bereits habe. Mache ich was falsch?
Geld zum Fenster hinaus geworfen
Nach den Abokauf werde ich wiederholt aufgefordert ein Abo zu kaufen!!! Suche nach mehreren Versuchen erfolglos.

Worst customer support ever and App not working
Hands off this App and any attempt to communicate with the customer support, it’s mere loss of time!
Instructions and differences between the blue “CC” symbol App and the green and red ACSI App for all of Europe are not clear. And if you ask questions mailwise they don’t answer for days, finally you’ll receive a mail which doesn’t contain any answer.
I paid for both Apps already in February, but nevertheless the green and red ACSI App tells me that I need to purchase a subscription when I log in. My account is ok and visible, but they want to cash additional money.
I sent screenshots of the problem to the customer support and all I receive as answer is that I should contact them by phone. Ridiculous, we are in Spain and for sure I don’t make a long distance call at roaming costs to Holland.
This is about the worst experience with an App I ever had.
