Version 4.4.3

Version 4.4.3 of the Air Transat application introduces a proof of concept aimed at exploring the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for content generation. Customers who have added a flight to the app will be presented with useful information about their destination city. The feature is initially deployed for about ten cities, with others being added gradually afterward.

Site internet dysfonctionnel et Ligne tél. toujours sans réponse, Aucun Desk à l’aéroport. Pourrie

Votre site internet ne marche pas pour changer un vol. L plupart du temps il n’est pas accessible. Votre Customer Relations telephone dit que vos bureaux ne sont pas ouverts alors qu’on est jeudi à 9h, 10h, 10h30. A l’aéroport aucun desk de Air Transat. Bref une ligne aérienne broche à foin.

Mépris du client

Hier j‘ai été bloqué dans ma tentative d‘enregistrement. Le message était de vous appeler pour parler à un agent. J‘ai attendu 50 min au téléphone vainement. Sans commentaire.
