Manage your tokenized share portfolio with the Aktionariat Portfolio App.
The Aktionariat Portfolio app lets you see and manage your tokenized share portfolio.
The app acts as a mobile wallet, which will be connected to your Aktionariat user account on registration. You can use it as a base wallet to store tokenized shares and to request the tokenization of traditional shares that you already own. Also, you can import addresses and keys from other wallets, letting the app include them in your portfolio.
All private keys are securely stored and your account keys never leave the device.
The wallet is compatible with the WalletConnect protocol. You can use your imported accounts to connect to any WalletConnect compatible dApp, and especially to Aktionariat's own widgets for shareholder registration.
Aktionariat AG also manages the company shareholder registry for its client companies. If you are a shareholder who only holds traditional shares in such a company, you can request tokenization of your shares directly from inside the app. The app automatically fulfills your legal duty to register yourself as a shareholder for all the share tokens you acquire.
If you are a board member of a company with tokenized shares on Aktionariat, you can use the Aktionariat app to authenticate yourself when signing in on the corporate dashboard. There, you can view the shareholder registry, initiate corporate actions and securely approve them with a secure multi-signature scheme and the support of the app.
