Description

Alpha Linker is a special tool for Sony cameras Wi-Fi wireless photo transfer, through which you can wirelessly transfer photos and videos from your camera to your phone.
It supports browsing and downloading of JPG, HEIF, MP4 and MTS format photos and videos.
It supports quick camera connection, swipe to select multiple photos, and multitasking concurrent downloads.

Can’t connect to my phone

So I have a NEX-6 and I wanted to download my pictures but I have done everything that is in in the user guide and I just says unable to connect to your camera and if I go on my iPhone to settings and join there it just says no internet connection so I would really appreciate if you would get back to me and help me.

1. Whether the application has been granted the necessary permissions.
2. Whether the Wi-Fi SSID and password have been entered correctly.
3. If you are still unable to connect, you can manually connect to the camera Wi-Fi in the iOS system settings, and then click "Connect to Camera" in the app.

Not working

The app doesn’t work for me after the purchase. It always loses the internet connection when I try to download the photos. How so I get my money back, because I can’t use it at all?

When connecting to the camera and downloading photos, using other apps that require internet connection may cause the phone to disconnect from the camera's Wi-Fi.
Please make sure that the app is in the foreground and no other apps requiring internet connection are being used.
