Problem with responding pings
Since lately I cannot respond any Pings neither in the app, nor via the browser on my phone. No text can be written

Basecamp is great! Only file versionig would add more value for us...
Good app
A few things could be improved (like give the ability to bulk upload pictures instead of opening the gallery for each one, or the navigation that should load long threads only chunk by chunk especially when you access a comment at the bottom: it should load the rest of the discussion in both directions only if you scroll).
But overall the app works in a robust way, it does what it says. I would recommend strongly anyway as the Basecamp paradigm (a hybrid between collaboration software and an entreprise social pinterest-like thing) has proven very efficient to keep things organised for me in many projects so far.
