Personalised to the individual, we have developed the BetterBrains app with you and your goals in mind. As a one-stop BetterBrains shop, the BetterBrains app will allow you to easily:
· Monitor your progress
· Contact your BetterBrains coach
· Receive weekly notifications and reminders to stay on track
· Report any barriers to goal completion and develop strategies to overcome these
· Access interesting articles and the latest news produced by leading scientific experts regarding ways to reduce your risk of dementia
Download the BetterBrains app today to join our fight against dementia.
*Please note that the BetterBrains app is only able to be used by 40–70-year-old registrants of the BetterBrains trial. For more information and eligibility criteria, please visit www.betterbrains.org.au
