WHEN SHOULD I USE CBT?

It helps me a lot

I found myself suddenly in an emotionally challenging period, it was hard to understand the triggers and source of my emotions. I love how the app helps you to fragment your thoughts, take a step back and tries to find different perspective to tackle your inner issues. I still have a long way to go, but I always feel better after my daily check-in session.

Big shame that they are winding down

This app has been tremendously helpful for my mental health and i am really sad that it does not offer any new subscriptions anymore.

Amazingly helpful

The new KI tools are so great! I can ask any questions and it gives me great support and really helpful suggestions (so much better than Eliza! ;-) I still love the super useful and very carefully structured lessons and the support of Mike, which help me so much in my everyday struggles and troubles. I am really, really grateful for this app, thank you so much!
