With BLS Mobil, you have everything in a single app:
• Timetable enquiries across Switzerland
• Multiple-journey ticket (Libero and Passepartout)
• Check-in and check-out ticket
• Save your SwissPass digitally
• Buy Saver Day Pass up to 60 days in advance
Simply buy your tickets before your journey or use the all-Switzerland check-in and check-out function. Ride more than you pay and buy a multiple-journey ticket. This allows you to pay either before or after travelling. In addition, the app allows you to check timetables across the whole of Switzerland for bus, tram, train and ship.

• TWINT, Mastercard, PostFinance, VISA, REKA Card or American Express
Available languages:
• German, French, Italian and English
• Available dialect: Bernese German
Please note:
• Check-in tickets can be used for journeys by public transport throughout Switzerland,
• You will need to complete your journey manually with the check-in when you reach your destination. If you forget to do this, our app will remind you.
• If your GPS function is constantly running in the background, your battery is likely to run down more quickly.

Super App
Der Fahrplan ist super einfach zu bedienen und dank lezzgo ist der Ticketkauf kinderleicht. Weiter schätze ich, dass Mehrfahrkarten digital gekauft und entwertet werden können. Die App kann alles was ich brauche und sieht richtig cool aus, besonders im Darkmode. Top, weiterso!
3 Billette kaufen - ein Alptraum
Nein ehrlich liebe BLS. Es wäre so einfach mit ein paar Klicks mehrere Billette zu kaufen. Aber nein, man muss mit jedem einzeln durch den ganzen Prozess durchgehen. Und wie genau das mit dem Velo gedacht war habe ich auch nicht herausgefunden: mein Velo hat weder Vor- noch Nachname noch Geburtstag. Ich hab ihm einfach jetzt meinen Geburtstag gegeben.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass du kein gutes Erlebnis mit BLS Mobil hattest. Dein Input zur Optimierung des Kaufprozesses geben wir gerne dem Entwicklungsteam weiter. Bezüglich deiner Problematik mit der Erfassung des Velos haben wir in unseren FAQs (unter bls.ch/mobil) die Handhabung beschrieben. Doch du hast es intuitiv korrekt gemacht! Login bei Swisspass im dümmsten Moment
Alle paar Wochen verlangt die BLS App, dass man sich wieder neu bei Swisspass einloggt. Leider funktioniert dies trotz korrekten Logindaten nicht auf Anhieb. Dies ist vpr allem ärgerlich, wenn man knapp dran ist und nur noch schnell die Mehrfahrtenkarte entwerten möchte. Aktuell funktioniert das Login bei Swisspass gar nicht mehr, die 4 „Wartepunkte“ erscheinen in einer Endlosschleife. Es fällt so schwer, sich ganz auf die App zu verlassen.
Ansonsten sind die Features der App sehr gut.
