We curate personalised book prescriptions for clients based on both their therapeutic needs or personal interests. Highly tailored, we sell these through the app and this is our signature personalised reading service.
You can also book bibliotherapy sessions for both individuals and couples, literary afternoon tea sessions and supervision sessions through the app.
We also offer bibliotherapy training through an online bibliotherapy course that is available through the app, teaching others how to use bibliotherapy in their own lives, personally or professionally. We have trained mental health professionals, librarians, social workers, teachers, doctors as well as readers .
Finally we sell Book Therapy Shorts (15 minute non-fiction ebooks) as well as Literary Guides ranging from philosophy to travel, as well as other bookish accessories, perfect for book lovers from water bottles to totes.
We also offer free book prescriptions for adults and children. Ordered in A - Z format, these recommended reading lists (what we fondly term "book prescriptions") have been hand-picked and collated for everything under the sun - whether you're looking for something therapeutic or for personal interest, these book recommendations are here to inspire, uplift and engage.
