With a live dashboard and push notifications, Requests are tracked and detailed by your staff, meaning requests don't get 'lost'. Each User can be setup with 'notification' rules so that a manager, for example, can be notified if a Housekeeping requests hasn't been fulfilled in 45 minutes.

Hotel Incident Reports area created automatically, with graphs showing relevant details.

App is updated to support latest OS version. This also explicitly allows a User who has MyGuest access to 'remember' their saved credentials to avoid having to type them in each time. We also fixed some bugs in managing form responses.
