Kein Versand in die Schweiz!
Beim Download der App wurde ich nach meinem Ursprungsland gefragt (Schweiz, Deutschland oder Österreich). Danach habe ich etwa eine Stunde Kleider zusammengestellt und als ich die Bestellung abschliessen wollte war lediglich ein Versand nach DE möglich! Sehr irreführend und schlussendlich reine Zeitvergeudung.
Solange ihr lediglich nach DE versendet: wieso lässt ihr die Kunden beim Starten der App zwischen den drei Ländern wählen?
Schwache zahlungsprozesse
Sie bieten Twint an, aber der TWINT App öffnet sich gar nicht. Wenn ich den Code manuell im App reintippe wird die Zahlung abgebrochen.
Per Kreditkarte muss man manuell die karteninfos direkt auf der Webseite reingeben. Dass ist doch nicht ganz zeitgemäß…
Jedes Mal wenn man eine neue zahlungsmethode auswählt muss man gefühlt nochmals durch der ganze checkout. Es wird unnötig schwierig gemacht.
Gute Produkte und gute Browsingerlebnis aber wenn man die Bestellung nicht anlegen darf endet es halt nur in Frustration.
