Are your elevators always broken? Is your heat or hot water always cold? Does your rent keep increasing? Are you a long time resident and your building is in the process of gentrification? Is your landlord giving preferential treatment to the new residents while treating you like dirt? Is your landlord sending you threatening letters? Are you being bullied by your building manager? Is your superintendent lazy? If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is the app for you.

We take all of the complaints from the residents of a building and put them on public display for the entire world to see. Our focus is on residential dwellings and the unaddressed problems that affect each individual tenant. Have you ever watched a news segment where the reporter is chasing down or knocking on the door of a questionable business or individual? Do you notice the person hides behind the door in fear but a couple of weeks later the problem is resolved? We're taking the same exact approach but using the power of social media instead. We know that the majority of people are living paycheck to paycheck and they don't have the time, energy, or money to go to court and fight their landlord. We're giving the people a voice to let their landlords know that for now on EVERYTHING the landlord does and doesn't do will be on display for the world to see.

We assign each building a letter grade from A+ to F based on the complaints the tenants post. You can view each and every complaint inside our app. Tenants create a user name and post under that name. Tenants are in complete control of their posts and only they can remove their complaints.

We want take to the power away from unjust landlords and put it inside the tenant's hands!

• We issue each buildng a grade based on the complaints that the current resident's leave inside our app

• Search categories that are common building problems

• Post under your username and not your actual name

• Take photos and leave a description of each issue you're having

• Post the names of the building's landlord, management company, building manager, and superintendent

• View the problems that current residents are experiencing inside a building before you decide to move into one

• Leave and view messages on each building's message board
