Functionality includes:

This update has the following changes:
* Useability update: prevent prior absence dates being accidentally captured when the App is “sleeping” (current date is always forced when the app is brought to the foreground).
* Useability update: prevent “double tapping” for absentee notifications (and the creation of duplicates).
* Administration update: include the App version number in the notification email (allows Carey to notify parents using an older version of the App).
