Carity is a digital coach used during outpatient cardiac rehabilitation to assist with the challenging transition from cardiac rehabilitation to life after. Carity helps with personal goal setting and demonstrates how adherence to such goals supports the recovery process.
Carity allows careful monitoring of selected cardiac parameters, physical performance and psychological state and.
Carity helps patients to stay in touch with their rehabilitation care team by providing a patient report to the care team or primary care physician on a regular basis before the next consultation. In this way, Carity gives everyone involved a holistic and long-term view of the patient's performance and recovery.
Carity app integrates with Apple Watch and gets users data from Apple Health app (via HealthKit).
