No payment in the app
The taxi hailing function is ok. But there is no useful option to pay within the app.
No customer service
On my first ride, the driver did not show up, was waiting at another terminal at the airport and did not move. After a while, he just started the ride and „completed“ it after a few minutes. I was charged for the full ride and contacted the customer service about that multiple times. I did not get any response, nor a refund.

App is full of bugs!
Rides are not confirmed although taxi drivers have accepted them, app continues to search for a cab.
We end up with multiple bookings and have to cancel one.
