The official app for Citi Bike, NYC’s bike share system.

Citi Bike consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy and durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations throughout the city. Our bikes can be unlocked from one station and returned to any other station in the system, making them ideal for one-way trips. Bike share is a greener, healthier way to get around — whether you’re commuting, running errands, meeting friends, or exploring in a new city.
The Citi Bike app gives you access to thousands of bikes in your area — unlock and pay directly from the app and get going.

The Citi Bike app also shows upcoming public transit departures, including MTA subway trains, shuttles, local, limited, & express buses, LIRR commuter rail trains, Metro-North commuter rail trains, PATH rapid transit trains, Bee-Line local & express buses, NYC Ferries, the Staten Island Ferry, the AirTrain JFK, the AirTrain Newark, the Roosevelt Island Tramway, and NJT commuter rail trains, light rail trains, & buses.

Vélo communautaire

Système de location vélo communautaire permettant pour la modique somme de 25$ pour 3 jours (il y a bien sûr plein d’autres option allant d’une heure à une année ) d’utiliser un vélo équipé avec des lumières, un port bagage avant et trois vitesses pendant 30 minutes, puis soit on paie 4$ par 15 minutes , soit une raccroche le vélo à une station et on le reprend après une pause d’environ 5 min. , soit on se promène jusqu’à une prochaine des nombreuses stations dans Manhattan .
Les bémols sont que parfois il n’y a pas de vélo dans la station et parfois il n’y a pas de place pour le restituer dans une station. Pas grave. Si vous utilisez une dizaine de fois ces vélos, vous pouvez vous rendre utile en devenant un bike angel et aider aux utilisateurs locaux ainsi qu’aux touristes d’y remédier. Ainsi vous donnez un sens supplémentaire à vos visites en vélo de cette métropole .

Velo mieten in New York

Passt auf wenn ihr so ein Fahrrad nehmt, es kann sehr teuer werden!! Wir haben für das Fahrrad zuerst 4 Dollar bezahlt, wir dachten noch das ist ein fairer Preis. Am Schluss bei Abgabe (3 1/2 Stunden )waren wir bei 68 Dollar. Niemand sagt dir dass nach 30 Minuten der Preis 0,26 Dollar kostet.
Kann ich gleich ein Taxi nehmen.
