I see that you may be using an older version of the app. If you are, I encourage you to update to the latest version that is greatly improved.
If, however, you still encounter issues while using the app, please go to settings and then Feedback and use the Send bug report option. It will provide me the details I need to identify and fix any problems regarding the app's functionality.

I would like to take this opportunity to clarify this misunderstanding, as the Color Name AR app is available in both free and Pro (paid) versions.
If you do not have a need for the Pro features included in the paid plan, you can easily use the free version instead by simply skipping the subscription screen that appears after downloading the app. It has numerous useful features and it's great for most casual users.
I hope I managed to clarify things as regards the obligation to pay to use the app and you will continue to use and enjoy Color Name AR.
