It’s so quick and easy to plan your train journeys. The CP App lets you buy your tickets for the Alfa Pendular or Intercidades and journey supplements on the Regional, InterRegional, Oporto and Coimbra urban trains trains, add passengers to accompany you and see the train times even if you are offline. The GPS can tell you what trains are going through the nearest station to you.

Why ID? App crashes
First of all, why do I have to put my ID number in the app? When buying tickets at the counter, I don’t have to do it. Second, when I want to enter the ID in my profile, the app crashes every single time. Very frustrating. Last update 7 months ago. Is anyone taking care of it?
Very bad
This app may show you the timetable but if you want to buy a ticket, it’s absolutely useless. Nothing works, always get error notifications and so on… really annoying. The webbrowser isn‘t much better.
Pay my ticket on the app, but nothing after…
I pay my ticket on the app with MBway, it’s confirmed on MBway but on the app nothing… no ticket.
And why the app don’t have information of witch gate the train arrive or the final destination? It’s difficult to find the right train in the station.
