I ordered (Germanos) internet with landline phone and TV. 2 hours later everything was activated and worked perfectly. What more do you want?

No need to show roaming status when loading abroad

I am trying to manage my sons packages while I am abroad but my son in Greece. I cannot add packages to his subscription because he is in “roaming” only that he is not in roaming I am using the Cosmote app abroad. Furthermore when I need to buy a package for me so I am ready upon arrival in Greece I cannot do it because I am on roaming. What I can do with my plan should be irrelevant to where I am or at least k should have the option to buy a package even if I am in roaming
