Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

Great app

When I’m down, I go onto this app and see how many weeks have gone by since I’ve tried suicide. It shows me that everything will be okay in the end. Thank you for giving me that support I desperately need at times.
