This app will record snoring and teeth grinding sounds, you can listen to them the next morning.
An algorithm filters and detects snoring and teeth grinding sounds.

Often snoring is caused by the sleeping position: if you sleep on your back, you snore more.
There are simple solutions to reduce snoring.

Teeth grinding is often caused by factors such as stress, smoking, alcohol, and coffee.
There are simple solutions to reduce teeth grinding.

In this app various remedies and factors are shown.
Compare the sound recordings with a remedy or factor with the recordings without any remedy or factor and see the difference yourself, by comparing scores.

You can connect the Anti-Snore Wearable and get a feedback from the app when you snore or grind.

The app integrates with HealthKit: sleeping time is stored.

Record sensitivity

Hi, nice App. I wish I could adjust sensitivity to make the recording permanent and not only if 3 snoring event per 30 seconds are registered. Thanks

Almost there - just 2 things

Awesome app. Looks good and it does what it should. BUT it drains much more energy than other similar applications. Also it seems that it does Not record sleep talking. So could you please optimise this app bit more? Thanks!

Good but

Idea good, but very often, although switched on for the night, doesn‘t start = no record in the morning. (should work while an other sleep app without „grinding“ works as well).
