You can also use smart keys, fobs or access cards with RFID. Digitize your doors, install the app and you will know who has access when and where.

When updating the App from 2.5 to 3.x and the cloud function was deactivated, the profile data will get deleted.
That happens because we made a major change in the app to make it way more userfriendly for you.

EDIT: mit der aktuellen Version ist die Office Funktion umgesetzt und auch sonst ist vieles verbessert. Ich sehe keine wichtigen Probleme mehr. Chame bruuche 🙂. END OF EDIT
Schön, dass mit 3.0.1 eine Weiterentwicklung versucht wurde. Die App ist noch super buggy: Oft funktionieren die übertragenen Benutzer (Schlüssel) nicht auf dem Schloss, insbesondere die Handy Schlüssel. Wird dann versucht, die gleichen Daten noch einmal auf das Schloss zu übertragen, kommt eine Nachricht, dass das Schloss schon anderweitig zugewiesen sei. Ich musste Türen klonen und das Original löschen. Dann kann ich aber das automatisch zum Namen hinzugefügte (1) nicht löschen und muss gleich noch einmal übertragen, was dann oft nicht mehr funktioniert. Manchmal genügt es, einen Benutzer zu entfernen und wieder hinzuzufügen und die Übertragung, die vorher nicht funktionierte geht plötzlich. Vielleicht ist auch eine mangelhafte englische Übersetzung für einen Teil der Verwirrung zuständig - schwer zu sagen, weil die Sprache der App kann man auch nicht umstellen in den iPhone Settings, es kann nur die Sprache des Betriebssystems verwendet werden, und die ist bei mir Englisch. Bei der mobile Access App von Dornakaba geht das. Die „Office“ Funktion wo der erste am Morgen die Türe aufmacht und am Abend um 18 Uhr schliesst sie sich automatisch ab vermisse ich weiterhin.

Unbrauchbar mit Apple Pay
Wenn man Apple Pay aktiviert hat ist die App unbrauchbar: Immer wenn man die App an den Digitalzylinder oder c-Lever hält, wird Apple Pay ausgelöst und die Kreditkarte erscheint auf dem Bildschirm. Die evolo smart App ist dann im Hintergrund und nicht mehr aktiv. Die App ist so unbrauchbar und der App-Support kann nicht weiterhelfen, sondern verweist auf die Fachpartner.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Feedback! Apple Pay wird in diesem Fall vom Betriebssystem gestartet und kann unsererseits leider nicht gesteuert werden. Als Lösung können wir zwei Möglichkeiten anbieten. Falls Sie Apple Pay nicht nutzen, empfehlen wir Ihnen dieses zu deaktivieren. Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit das iPhone beim Vorhalten an der Komponenten im unteren Gerätebereich vorzuhalten, so reagiert der NFC Chip der im oberen Bereich verbaut ist nicht auf unsere Zutrittskomponenten.
