Car rental company is not always aware

In the US we had big issues and the website was not helping us solve the problem. Let’s hope this time things go smoother ..

Crap app

I can not believe how bad this app is. When you open it, there’s no navigation, you can only search new cars. You can not see or edit existing bookings. You can not contact or ask any question. You do not have any options or help. This is insane.
