Foreign phone numbers not verificable
I tried to verify my foreign phone number but the automated message told me that it failed and I should try to do it via SMS. No idea why it failed, my number is not restricted but if you say so… The problem is that there is NO OTHER OPTION, no SMS verification is being offered, the Terms and Conditions describe a procedure that doesn’t exist on the app. If your only option is to call and if the call doesn’t verify your number, you simply cannot use the app so I guess it’s only available for people with Polish phone numbers. It’s a pity because the taxi service is actually a good one but if I cannot order it via app, I cannot use it - I’m not going to pay huge amounts for roaming or calling in advance from abroad.
