Description
The connection to your smartphone or tablet is established via WLAN or via the mobile phone network (e.g. 3G/4G).
If you are at home or away, this app allows you to be notified that someone is ringing at your door and even see who is standing outside your door if your system is equipped with a camera.
From elcom access app, you have then the possibility to answer to the call and talk to your visitor, to open him the door, the gate, the garage or switch on the light.
The app allows you to review the call history or browse through the video snapshot taken whilst your visitors were ringing.
it enables you to switchover to differents camera whatever if they are based on 2wires or IP technology.
CAUTION: For usage with Hager Access Gate device connected to internet via a DSL line or better.
The smartphone or tablet on which this apps is installed should be connected to internet via 3G/4G or WLAN. Its data plan should allows voice over IP (VoIP).

Note ungenügend
Wirklich schade, dass sich Hager nicht bemüht, die App aus eigenem Interesse zu verbessern. Wie andere schon berichtet haben, kämpfe auch mit dem Verbindungsproblem (Verbindung zum Server kann nicht hergestellt werden). Da hilft oft (in meinem Fall) eine Neuinstallation der App.

Elcom Access APP von hager controls SAS
Die Bildqualität/Kamera ist leider ungenügend , —> das Schlimmste ist der tagelange/wochenlang Ausfall vom LiveBild/ RemoteService (außerhalb WLAN) zum ElcomAccessAPP !
Das Personal ist stets freundlich, das Produkt leider viel zu teuer für diese Qualität/Leistung.
->Bis jetzt eine grosse Fehlentscheidung, der Kauf dieser Gegensprechanlage mit dem tja510-Gateway und der dazugehörigen Elcom-Access-APP
