Poor Quality

Why does it have to be so complicated? Why the hell do I need an ID number (whatever that is, because none of my numbers worked) to charge my car?? All you need from
me is my payment information and email. Also, why does the app not send confirmation numbers to swiss phone numbers?? Even though it’s option is provided as available.
Not to mention your address data base is completely insane (why are you even using one??), the button touch targets are crazy small, the disabled buttons are buggy and I spent 40 minutes trying to download and adjust the app. No wonders nobody was charging there.
Spoiler alert: had to find another charger at the end. 🙂‍↕️

Big disaster

Closed group- no roaming - bad displays - inconsistent numbering
I cannot understand why in today time such a great charging park is not open to any other international roaming networks
