Some time it’s Doesn't work?????

Your App

The app needs to be more clear & easy to use. I understand the importance of security measures but still we (customers) need to be able to go through the app more easily. Too many complicated unclear step just to try to understand what the big financial expressions mean & to try to transfer money locally. Too many steps with too many questions that we normally can forget easily the answers to & no other secured options to go around that. I have the NBE App & it is super simple & secured but easy to go around my own accounts, certificates & all payments. Your app it seems is created for financial banks employees not for us normal people. The whole idea of having an account in NBD was really a big mistake. Hope someone will read this “ this time” & do something
