Find the nearest charging stations in your area. It doesn’t matter if your EV trip leads you to Germany, Austria, Switzerland or other neighboring countries in Europe – with the EnBW mobility+ App you can easily find the next charging station in our widespread charging network. Thanks to a multitude of EnBW chargers and roaming partners you can reliably reach any destination with your EV. An interactive map allows you to find available charging stations near you. Numerous filters are available, such as charging power, number of charging points, price, points of interest, or barrier-free access.
With Apple CarPlay, the EnBW mobility+ app can be easily connected to the display in your car. This makes finding the nearest charging station even easier.

With the EnBW mobility+ App, you can conveniently start the charging process for your EV and, if you wish, pay directly via your smartphone. Basically, set up your EnBW mobility+ account and choose one of our charging tariffs. You can switch between our tariffs at any time to accommodate your needs. Now all you have to do is to select a payment method and you’re ready to go! Use the app to monitor your charging progress and stop the charge once you have enough energy for your trip. You prefer a charging card? No worries. Just order your charging card via the app.

Plug, charge, drive on! With AutoCharge, your charging process at EnBW fast charging stations starts automatically. After a one-off activation in the EnBW mobility+ App, you only have to plug in the charging plug and off you go - without app or charging card.

You can always keep an eye on your charging costs and current account balance with the EnBW mobility+ app. With a price filter, you can set your individual price limit. You can view and check your monthly bills at any time in the app.

Big Brother der Ladeapps
Unabhängig davon was der eigentliche Betreiber einer Ladestation vorsieht, nötigt die ENBW alle ihre Nutzer dazu, überall Blockiergebühren zu bezahlen, selbst an ihren eigenen Langsamladestationen. Als würde frühmorgens um drei Uhr jemand aufkreuzen um mal schnell drei Stunden zu laden vor der Heimfahrt. Wie alle anderen Anbieter hat auch ENBW nicht verstanden, dass jedes Fahrzeug ungeachtet seiner Energiequelle schnelle Tankstellen und unbeschränkte Parkplätze benötigt. Langsamtankstellen und zeitbeschränkte Parkplätze in entlegenen Ortschaften braucht man genauso wenig wie exklusive Elektroparkplätze die zwar zum Parken nix kosten aber wo man dann gleich weiterfahren muss wenns fertig ist. Das ist so, als würde man mit einem Benziner zum Einkaufen fahren und ein Zugallsgenerator teilt einem beim Abstellen mit, in wie vielen Minuten man sein Geschäft gefälligst zu erledigen hat. So setzt man Anreize, nachhaltigere Fahrzeuge zu kaufen.

Hallo,
unser Anliegen ist es, das Laden fair und einfach für alle zu gestalten. Wir möchten diejenigen E-Auto Fahrer*innen motivieren, die Ladesäule wieder freizugeben, die ihr Auto ohne Notwendigkeit lange stehen lassen und die Ladestationen somit als Parkplatz entfremden. Daher haben wir die Ladevorgänge an öffentlicher, EnBW-eigener Ladeinfrastruktur analysiert und festgestellt, dass 95 Prozent aller Ladevorgänge bereits nach drei Stunden beendet sind. Trotzdem sind die Standzeiten teilweise massiv länger. Das bedeutet: Nur fünf von einhundert Ladevorgängen dauern länger als drei Stunden. Deswegen greift die Blockiergebühr erst nach vier Stunden. So haben unsere Kund*innen einen Zeitpuffer von einer Stunde mehr und bleiben flexibel. Wir geben zudem unser Bestes, die Informationen in unserer EnBW mobility+ App so aktuell wie möglich zu halten, sind jedoch auch auf die richtigen Daten unserer Roaming-Partner angewiesen.

Vorsicht Doppelbuchungen, Service unterirdisch
Ich schreibe eigentlich nie Bewertungen für Apps aber hier läuft doch einiges schief.
Abbuchungen wurden bisher nie über die hinterlegte Kreditkarte getätigt sondern mussten immer per Überweisung gezahlt werden. 🤦🏻
Seit neuestem werden offene Buchungen zusätzlich über die Kreditkarte gebucht nachdem man bereits per Überweisung gezahlt hat.
Kontoauszüge per Mail an den Kundenservice geschickt wird man erst bloss gestellt es sei nichts eingetroffen, dann wird man seit neustem ignoriert. Nachdem man um Klärung gebeten hat.
Richtiger Abzieher Verein. Werde zum Anwalt müssen. Richtig dumm deutsches Verhalten von Euch.
