WHY ENDUCO?
We launched enduco so that we can help you achieve your training goals and be your best self. Here at enduco, we're all passionate about sports and we know how important individual training plans are. It doesn't matter if you're just starting running, training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon, or want to smash your next cycling race – enduco will be at your side all the way.

YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN
enduco will create a custom training plan for you, based on your personal goals, your current fitness level and needs. You decide when and how much you work out.

YOUR TRAINING IS STRUCTURED AROUND YOU, NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND!
We keep optimising your training plan, even after the initial set-up. No time for your workout? No problem! You can just block out that day and enduco will intelligently adapt your training plan. Not in the mood for your workout? That's no problem either. You can change the duration or intensity yourself or suggest a completely new workout. You can also feedback via the Daily Feeling Factor survey how you're doing and suggest a change to your training.

EASY INTEGRATION
Easily import your workouts to enduco from your personal fitness device.You can also export your scheduled workouts from enduco to your bike computer or smartwatch. We currently integrate with Strava, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, Coros, Fitbit, TrainingPeaks and Zwift. We're always working on new ways to share your workouts from and to enduco.

HOW IT WORKS
- enduco will find out more about you during the onboarding process.
- Your current fitness level will be displayed here, you can import your training history and specify your personal goals.
- You can specify how much time you have to work out on which days.
- You can specify whether you want to train by heart rate, watt or pace and also connect to the provider your workouts are to be exported to.
- Based on this data, enduco will create your custom training plan.
- You'll receive an overview of your whole season, showing when you will achieve your goal and what your training will focus on during each phase.
- You can make changes at any time during the season.
- In edit mode, you can add, postpone or delete workouts, and block out days if you can't make a training and much more.
- You'll receive a detailed briefing for every scheduled workout.
- You can then export this to your smartwatch or bike computer and get started with your workout!
- Now all you have to do is put on your running shoes, jump on your bike and get started with your training.

HIGHLIGHTS

Andere Aktivitätstypen von Beginn weg zuweisen

In der aktuellen Version ist es nicht möglich, einer eigens erstellen Aktivität einen Aktivitätstyp zuzuteilen, der nicht unter Lauf- bzw. Radsport fällt. Einen solchen kann ich einer Aktivität erst dann zuweisen, wenn ich sie bereits abgeschlossen habe. Es wäre praktisch, wenn man gleich von Beginn weg und zukünftige Tage planend einer Aktivität bspw. den Typ ‚Yoga‘ zuweisen könnte.

Umsetzbare Trainingsplanung

Mit enduco kann ich trainieren und es mit meinem Alltag in Einklang bringen. Wenn was dazwischen kommt oder ich mehr trainieren will kann ich die Planung anpassen.

Grossartig für ambitionierte Fahrer welche sich alleine coachen

Ideal um sich step by step strukturiert zu verbessern. Ich empfehle dies unbedingt mittels Wattmessung und parallel als Kontrollperimeter mit Herzfrequenz aber klar nach Watt zu trainieren
