You don’t need cards: with the evway App you can activate and pay the charge on over 300.000 public charging points throughout Europe, with a click. But if you want an RFID reader, you can order our exclusive RFID, available in two versions, keyfob or minicard.
The App provides you complete, accurate and updated information in real time to allow you the best charging experience. The evway App geolocates all charging plugs for electric vehicles in Europe, provides details of the hospitality facilities and businesses that offer the charging service and offers the best user experience, suggesting how to enhance your charging stop and driving you to destination thanks to the assisted navigation function.
The App is available on AppleCar and AndroidAuto, allowing you to view the nearby stations on the dashboard and to start your session from the car. By choosing your favourite station or along the way, you can share your route with GoogleMap, Waze and Maps on your dashboard with a simple click. Live your life and enjoy the route.
With evway eMX, the first navigator for electric vehicles, integrated within the App, it is no longer necessary to schedule the charging stops in advance or to rely on external navigators. With eMX the electric journey becomes an experience: you can drive or choose a destination and get navigation directions with the indication of all the charging stations available around you while you move along the way. The range anxiety disappears, you are in control of your trip.

evway shows you all stations on European highways via the filter on the top and of your smartphone and offers subscriptions for recharging at discounted rates on, for example, the IONITY network throughout Europe.
But that's not all!
- In the details of each station managed by evway's CPMS (Free to X, Leaseplan and others), you can view the SOC (charging status in %) of the electric car currently connected to an occupied charging point. You can decide, even for temporarily occupied stations, whether to stop for your recharge without any surprises.
- And on your active charging page, you can see the progress of your charging session and, if available from the DC station, the charging % of your car.

Ladybugs? Really?
I mean it’s a good way to get your customers to spend money in your app but paying by ladybugs per minute is just not a recognized unit in the metric system. Please change that to euro per kWh so everyone can actually understand what they are doing. Thanks.
Edit: to be clear the app works perfectly fine and I could start a charging session easily and quickly as intended. The payment process and login is as simple as can be (and much better than with other charging apps!). My complaint is that it’s impossible to know how much it’s going to cost without advanced degrees in maths. I’m buying kWh yet paying in ladybugs. Yes 10€ gives me 1000 ladybugs, that’s fine, but then with ladybugs per minute needing to be transferred to Euro/kWh, that’s just not needed. Loyalty cards principle is perfectly acceptable here. Just find a way that makes me understand what I’m getting and maybe getting a bonus if I commit to a bigger amount credited to my account upfront. Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars to reflect that the app does work. It’s just the payment logic that is too complicated. Hope this helps.

I guess you’ll never adopt blockchain or any loyalty cards with reward points. But that’s ok. We thought you wanted to rate the app but instead you rated something else
Subscriptions
Unclear language whether the annual subscriptions are a monthly payment or one yearly payment. It looks like the year subscriptions are way too cheap (if it is yearly payment) compared to the monthly subscription.
0.845€/kWh in HPC… under subscription? How do you expect users to choose that knowing that it is possible to pay 0.79€/kWh directly by IONITY and other subscription free providers? This option has no incentive for the user.
Rendering of the map is slow, ladybugs system not user friendly
The rendering of the map is slow (even on an iPhone 12 pro) due to the fact that probably it loads all the stations in the database once in the local memory, instead of loading only the local stations in the map portion the user is viewing. Secondly, the system of the internal currency (ladybugs) instead of euros is not a good idea, I prefer using other apps, sorry.
