Never forget to pick up your children from school, gym, or football practice. They can send PickMeUp Alerts from their iPhone/iPad with complete location info when it’s time to pick them up.

Funktioniert nie

Die App funktioniert nie. Der Service sage, dass das Problem innerhalb den nächsten Stinden behoben wird. Es sind nun über 19 Stunden vergangen und fonktioniert immer noch nicht.

Disgraceful Support/Antagonising Customers

After trying to pair devices which is a complex situation made more complex by their inadequacies as tech and customer service the techs and head of customer service basically spent hours and hours just copying and pasting complex instructions which did not work.

There was no individual help until 8 hours of this approach had been exhausted.

When I wrote a poor review they tried to pressurise me to change it.

The chat function has now been disabled for me and they are continually spamming me with W-mails to antagonise me.

This is not an app to be put in a child’s phone - I would not trust this company with looking out for a child or adult.

I have hundreds of chat logs with their people ignoring me. They don’t reply to e-mails except spamming with automated responses.

Even now the app does not work properly.

Do not give them your money! A horrifying experience and who knows who these people are.

Please note the app people ask you to send a mail to support but never reply. It’s just a way to try and show they are helping fir this review site.
