Impossible de l’ouvrir
Impossible d’ouvrir l’application en français...
App gut - Geschäftsmodell Abzocke 👎🏻
Ich wollte 1 Produkt bestellen zum Wert von sFr. 18.20. Zuerst hiess es Mindestbestellwert 40.00, danach habe ich noch Produkte in den Warenkorb geladen die ich eigentlich nicht wollte. Als die 40.00 erreicht waren, stand auf einmal Mindestbestellwert 50.00! Danach kamen noch 17.90 für Lieferung dazu.
Danach habe ich angerufen und gefragt, ob man das eine Produkt nicht einfach per Post senden könne, weil ich auch nicht in der direkten Nachbarschaft wohne. Nein, hiess es, sie liefern selbst aus, keine Ausnahme.
Mir gibt das zu denken, dass man für 50 Franken durch die halbe Schweiz rotzt, und das für „nur“ 17.90! Und die werben für nachhaltig, Bio etc. Umweltschutz geht anders. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!
